Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to build a villa in Bali?
Build prices start from IDR 6,500,000 per m² (Basic), IDR 9,000,000 per m² (Premium) and IDR 14,000,000 per m² (Luxury) of built area, based on our recent projects. Design & Build adds a design fee, quoted separately. Land and furniture are extra.
Can you build from my own architect's plans?
Yes. Send us your architectural and structural drawings in any format. Our engineers review them for buildability, we confirm your PBG permit status, and you receive a detailed line-by-line BOQ and a fixed-price contract. Your architect is welcome on site.
Do you handle the building permit (PBG)?
Yes. On Design & Build projects we obtain the PBG building permit for you and price every item in a BOQ. At handover, after the final inspection, you receive the SLF certificate and our warranty. If you already have a PBG, we build under your permit.
How can I follow my build from abroad?
Wherever you live, you receive weekly photo and video reports of your build, plus regular video calls with our team. One accountable team is responsible from the first check to handover.
How are payments structured?
You sign a fixed-price contract based on a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ). Payments are tied to finished, inspected construction stages, so you only pay for work that is done and checked.
